Errors & Omissions

Our goal is to ensure the accuracy of the information our website, database, and publications. However, we assume no legal responsibility for omissions, pricing errors, vendor availability, typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for any product listed at an incorrect price or shown with incorrect information, whether due to typographical error or otherwise and whether or not your order was accepted or your credit card charged. Upon any such cancellation, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, CQ Cards will issue a full credit to your account.

Copyright Material

We encourage our customers to provide personal photographs and other material to be used in the personalization of their card orders. Our customers take full responsibility for the use of that content including without limitation their legal right and permission to have CQ Cards include it in their card designs. They also take full responsibility that the content they provide does not violate or otherwise encroach on the rights or others, violate any laws or constitute any illegal activity. CQ Cards reserves its right at its sole discretion to determine whether the content provided is prohibited content and retains the right to not complete the order.

Shipping & Handling Terms

Shipping and handling will be billed FOB shipping point and added to your invoice. We are required by law to collect Federal GST on orders shipped to Canadian destinations and, in addition, Ontario sales tax on orders shipped to customers in the province of Ontario. No taxes are charged to destinations outside Canada. If your organization is tax exempt, please bring this to the immediate attention of our Professional Design Consultant and arrange to mail us a copy of your exemption certificate.

CQ Cards, a service of Communiqué Cards Inc, values its customers and respects their privacy. This policy describes the personal information we collect from you, why we collect it, and that we do not share it with third parties. By using the CQ Cards Service, you provide your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

Card Orders

Executing orders with CQ Cards requires you to give us mail and email information about yourself that is necessary to deliver your order and requested promotional material. If you request our mailing service, you will also provide us with the names and addresses of your card recipients.

CQ Cards does not sell or otherwise provide this information to third parties with this exception. CQ Cards may at its discretion choose to use third party commercial print and mail service partners and provide mailing lists require to execute your order order. We encourage use third parties to implement policies and practices that respect the privacy of our users. However, CQ Cards is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these parties.

Credit Card Information

CQ Cards must disclose certain personal payment information to your credit card provider. CQ Cards is a customer of Moneris Solutions, a joint investment between Royal Bank and Bank of Montreal, which provides credit card payment processing over the Web. CQ Cards relies on the strength, stability and security of these two major banks and their commitment to protecting your credit card information. CQ Cards, itself, does not store or retain any of your credit card information.

Limitation of Liability

The liability of CQ CARDS or an affiliate with respect to any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations damages, losses, and costs arising from, connected with, or relating to the use of CQ Cards services by you or any other person, regardless of any wrongdoing by CQ Cards or any affiliate or provider, will be limited to the amount that you paid to CQ Cards.

Release

All affiliates, agents, directors, officers, employees, service providers, suppliers, licensors and licensees shall be released remised and forever discharged from any legal action related to CQ Cards.

Governing Law and Disputes

All actions and matters related to CQ Cards are to be governed solely by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada and must be resolved before the Courts of Ontario.
